1. Please refer to your request for deferment from full-time National Service (NS) to enable you to pursue a Diploma course in Jewellery Design at Lasalle-SIA College of the Arts, which commenced on 24 July 2006.

2. Under current deferment guidelines, NS registrants can be deferred from NS to pursue a Diploma course if they are below 19 years old as at 1 Jan of the course commencement year. As you were above the cut-off age of 19 years old as at 1 Jan 2006, we regret that you are not eligible for the deferment to pursue the Diploma course at Lasalle-SIA College of the Arts.

3. You will be scheduled for enlistment once you are certified medically fit for NS in the earliest possible intake.
